JCDL 2026 Registration
Registration is available for the full in-person conference, online-only attendance, and workshops/tutorials. Please review the registration requirements and fee categories below before registering.
Standard rates apply after the early-bird deadline. All registration fees listed on this page are non-refundable.

Requirements for Presenting Authors
- Presenting authors of conference contributions, including long papers, short papers, posters/demos, and panels, are required to register for the in-person conference.
- Authors should indicate their submission number during registration and are expected to present in person.
Online-Only Registration
- Online-only registration is available for attendees who will participate remotely.
- Online-only registration is not applicable to presenting authors.
Full Conference Registration
- Full Conference registration is intended for standard in-person conference participation.
- Workshops/tutorials require separate registration unless otherwise stated by the conference organizers.
Workshops / Tutorials
- Select the Workshops/Tutorials Only category if you plan to participate in these programs without a full-conference registration.
- Workshop/tutorial registration fees are non-refundable.
